The Lowdown:

Who: Amazon.com VERSUS their Customers. People don't believe Amazon's "glitch" excuse, hence the #glitchmyass tag.

What: Did Amazon.com purposely censor Gay/Lesbian books on their site? Amazon claimed it was a Glitch on their part but a #amazonhacker (troll?) tried taking credit.

Where: On Twitter! #amazonfail and #glitchmyass hash tags fuel a firestorm of complaints/controversy on Twitter.

When: Easter weekend 2009 - Read Amazon's #apologyfail email referring to being "ham-fisted" - issued Easter Monday evening.
